We offer 4 beautifully appointed, air conditioned rooms with ensuite or private bathrooms. Included in the rate is a full hot Canadian breakfast which consists of eggs, bacon, hash browns, tomatoes, French Toast, blueberry pancakes, syrup and sausages, as well as an assortment of fruit, juice, yogurt, freshly baked delights and homemade preserves. Breakfast is held in the hand painted garden sunroom from 8:00am until 9:30am . As well, complimentary refreshments such as tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available 24 hours per day.

Situated just minutes away from the majestic falls and other local attractions/dining, we recommend that you leave your car parked in our ample parking lot while you stay with us. We invite you to relax in our landscaped garden amid the flowers while enjoying the view or take a short drive or bicycle ride along the scenic Niagara River Parkway to the quaint historical town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, home of the Shaw Festival Theatre. We are located two minutes from the Queen Elizabeth Way highway and bridges to U.S.A.
